At PULSE, we believe great technology should come with great peace of mind. That’s why all PULSE smartwatches come with a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty, giving you confidence in every purchase.

What’s covered?

Your PULSE warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal, intended use within 12 months of the original purchase date.

This includes:

• Manufacturing defects in the smartwatch.
• Hardware faults caused by defective components.
• Charging or battery faults resulting from manufacturing defects.
• Faulty buttons, displays or other internal components where the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

If your product develops a covered fault, we’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

What’s not covered?

Our limited warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage, including drops, impacts or cracked screens.
• Scratches, cosmetic damage or general wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper charging or unauthorised repairs.
• Water or liquid damage resulting from use outside the product’s stated specifications.
• Normal battery deterioration over time.

How to make a warranty claim

If you experience an issue with your PULSE smartwatch, please contact our customer support team with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase.
• A description of the fault.
• Photographs or a short video showing the issue, where possible.

This 12-month warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or limit them.
